About The Neighborhood
Gran River is located in Peachtree Corners, GA near the communities of Berkeley Lake and Duluth.
Many of the homes border the Chattahoochee River and sport river views. Gran River is a swim/tennis community with 82 homes.
The homes were built in the late 1990s by Centex Homes. Most have open floor plans with 4 or 5 bedrooms. Many have basements.
Amenities
Gran River is a swim tennis community. We have two lighted tennis courts that support ALTA doubles teams for tennis and pickleball. There is a community pool with a pool house, a covered pavilion and a BBQ pit. A children’s playground is located near the pool and tennis courts. A nature trail and river walk round out the Gran River amenities.
Note: Gran River amenities are for the exclusive use of Gran River residents and their guests. A current access card is required for entry and must be displayed.
The Pool opens in May and closes in late September depending on the weather. Hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. No lifeguard on duty. No solo bathing permitted.
Tennis and Pickleball Courts are by reservation and are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Click Here to reserve a court.
Gran River hosts a Ladies Sunday and a Ladies Senior doubles ALTA team in the Spring and Fall and Mixed Pickleball in the Winter and summer. GARBAGE COLLECTION
Neighborhood garbage collection occurs o Tuesday mornings. Please place your carts within three feet of the curb or the edge of the street and away from any obstacles curbside no earlier than 3:30pm the day before pickup day, but prior to 7:00am on collection day. Emptied carts and bins must be removed no later than the day following collection day.
